Making Rust Talk - Rust and IPC on L4Re

Rust is a systems language enabling the programmer to write abstract, memory and thread safe code with performance characteristics like C++ and a comparable runtime.
I will start with a short summary of potential Rust abstractions usable for Inter-Process Communication (IPC) and continue by an overview of projects porting Rust to a microkernel OS. I will then compare the current efforts to another port of a programming language to L4Re and conclude this with the current state of Rust on L4Re.
