NextGenOS: Current state of the Design of the Next generation aerospace RTOS

In the context of developing a next generation of aerospace RTOS at Beijing
Shenzhou Aerospace Software Technology, a from-scratch requirements and
design effort has been launched. In this overview presentation we outline
the system context briefly and then cover the key design decisions. While
this is work-in-progress we believe that most of the corner stones are set
and will describe the key concepts along with the high-level architecture
of the NextGenOS.
