CBR without AAL1?

If I understood well, only AAL0 and AAL5 are supported. Then, what AAL
does CBR use?

I also would like to know if CBR can guarantee the specified traffic
parameters and to which extent.

The last question: What is the purpose of the max_sdu traffic parameter
specified for CBR? Is it something similar to the maximum SDU size for
AAL5 connections? (well, if CBR is based on AAL5, clearly it is)
