PB using ATM tools with PCA200E

Hi,
 
I am working on a pc running linux (2.0.29) with a pca200e atm card
(driver v0.31) and a Newbridge switch (Vivid cs3000) and I encounter many
problems using the linux ATM tools.
 
For example, I can't make a connection with the switch using atmsigd (only
begin packets are transmitted to the switch but there is no reponse).
Furthermore, even if my network configuration seems ok, I can't ping other
stations.

In summary, my pc only sends BG packets to the switch !! That's quite
short :-))
