Different cables on ForeRunner 200E

Hi!

We are thinking about to use the forerunner PCA-200EPC card with
different
cables. This card is available as 

* MCA-200E/0C3ST, 
* MCA-200E/0C3SC and
* MCA-200E/UTP5. 

Are all of theses cards supported by your driver or just a subset of
them?
