Ok, it has nothing to do with that, sorry.

Can you tell us the versions of flex, byacc and bison you have
installed? And what distribution you're running?

My versions here don't generate files which include stdint.h, so
different variants of the tools produce different outputs. Would be nice
to know which versions cause this.
