unable to compile flips

Hello all

I am trying to port a network server to L4 and I have
checked out the flips and dde modules using cvs. 
However when I run make withing my pkg directory I get
the message below. I've tried checking out l4vfs in an
attempt to solve the problem but with no success. 

Am I doing something wrong??
