TPM Emulator with L4Linux

Yes it works fine under Linux version 2.6.17 (Fedora sources), for
L4Linux I use version 2.6.17 too. I'm using tpm_emulator-0.4 and
TrouSerS-0.2.7.
I'll have to do further investigation, probably next week.

I noticed that the TrouSerS daemon uses threading, just in case that
would matter.
