How can I download the L4Linux-2.6.16

The L4Linux currently sitting in CVS is based on 2.6.17. You can get the
version of a Linux source tree by reading the first 5 lines of its Makefile:

someone at somewhere src % cd l4linux-2.6
someone at somewhere l4linux-2.6 % head -n5 Makefile
VERSION = 2
PATCHLEVEL = 6
SUBLEVEL = 17
EXTRAVERSION = -l4
NAME=Crazed Snow-Weasel
