Hi L4 hackers!

I am very new to Fiasco and want to know several basic things:

1. Is L4Env targeted to develop OS personalities other than L4Linux?
2. Is DROPS built on top of L4Env?
3. Is there any C++ standard library implementation on top of L4Env?
If not, what should be needed to have it?
4. Does Fiasco runs on AMD64/SMP machines?
5. Does Fiasco/UX runs on AMD64/SMP machines?
