What is the modifications of latest L4 packages?

We have removed packages that are obsolete and not needed anymore, like
the oskit* packages.

There are 83 directories in l4/pkg in the svn. You can check out
everything if you like.

We're working on the project and things evolve and change, new packages
come, old packages go.
