Reading your log messages, we can find the following line:
[..]
> l4lx | Main thread running, waiting...
> l4lx | setup_l4env_memory: Forcing superpages for main memory
> DMphys | [8.0] dm_phys/server/src/open.c:98:__create_ds():
> DMphys | DMphys: memory allocation size 131072KB pool 0 failed!
> l4lx | [E.4] dm_mem/lib/clientlib/src/open.c:80:l4dm_mem_open():
> l4lx | libdm_mem: open dataspace at 8.00 failed (ret -2, exc 0)
> l4lx | setup_l4env_memory: Can't get main memory of 128MB: out of memory(-2)
> l4lx : !
[..]
which means exactly what it says: You cannot get the 128 MB of main memory
for your Linux kernel. The reason for this is that other L4 services as
well as the bmodfs also occupy some space in memory.
We're trying to improve this situation, but for now just try to decrease
the amount of mem you give to your L4Linux instance (or add some RAM to
your computer).
