Basic L4-Linux setup & run

I tried to run L4Linux and ORe with no driver compiled in and my L4Linux
bootup does not hang thereafter. So we need to find another reason for this
behavior.

Can you please run L4Linux with the "earlyprintk=yes" boot parameter and
post the serial output?
