Is there any output in the framebuffer window?
Anyway, change the  console=tty0 parameter in l4lx-gfx.cfg to
console=ttyLv0 and also add earlyprintk=1 (plus make sure that
CONFIG_EARLY_PRINTK is enabled). Then run again.
