Dresdner Zwinger

One of Dresden's most beautiful buildings from the baroque era is the Dresdner Zwinger. It hosts the popular "Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister", which features important monuments of the history of art.

Semperoper

The famous Semperoper was built in 1828 by the architect Gottfried Semper. After its destruction during the World War II, it was restored in 1985 and is now one of the most eminent operas in Germany.
