Write --isa=0x00800000 to get the above error fixed (two '_').
Please enable 'Show page faults and exceptions of Linux server' under L4Linux configuration -> Debugging options in the L4Linux conifguration menu. When you try again, there should be a line starting with 'EX: ' just before the panic. On this line, there will be 'pc = 0x12345678', look up this address with a disassemble of your vmlinux binary. Then show us where this is in the source.
