Your /bin/sh obviously starts, as it outputs the "can't access tty" warning (which is in this case normal and not an error!).
You did not pass the log capability to L4Linux. Because of this it will not receive your keyboard input. Please pass this capability (see example files in L4Re conf/examples/l4lx.conf).
