Is it possible to multiplex multiple text-based console?
I want to try to start multiple VMs on ARM board which only provides serial console.

Just start the VM multiple times in the start script. For multiplexing
you can use mag and framebuffer in L4Linux. In conf/examples there's an
l4lx-gfx.cfg example which does that.
