i would like to get l4linux 2.6.9 to compare with my current fedora kernel. Is it possible to get it with cvs ? I searched but i didn't find a way.
You are free to checkout any revision from our CVS using dates (-D is the option)
This doesn't seams to work. I tried it once myself to get a version the old dde_linux26 and l4ide should work with (~2.6.6). But the cvs seams to be empty for older dated versions. The checkout took a while (traversing the direcory tree) but no files where received nor created. The command I tried was `cvs co -D '23 May 2004' l4linux-2.6' So maybe the cvs gets cleaned up from time to time?
No, and there's a simple reason. The first commit to the CVS was done late June 2004, so there's nothing before that date.
