Hacking new NICs into flips

Hello... I've been seeing older mails about FLIPS and his drivers. In those mails, was refered the existence of a package to help porting linux drivers using DDE to FLIPS, but that wasn't available in the CVS. Is it already available? If not, how can i "hack" in to flips some new drivers? thanks in advance Tiago Jorge
