thanx for the answers. As you said, i forgot the vga in linux. I added the l4ser with the vga so now i got all the boot messages.
For the panic, it was about my filesysten that the kernel wasn't able to mount so now it works.
But now i got a warning saying that he can't open a terminal and after i go blind. Correct me if i'm wrong but i do think i need to use either dope or con or have i once more forgotten a thing in the kernel ?.
One more question ... will X runs as if i was on a legacy linux ? (i think so but i'm not sure).

You have the console=ttyLv0 on the command line? Then make sure the device node exists on your file system (mknod /dev/ttyLv0 c 204 5). But if you have VGA working you can just omit the console=... part, it works without it too.
