Hello Bjoern, after having searched for a while about inotify and how to to determine if a Kernel is inotify enabled i have found the tutorial from IBM http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/linux/library/l-inotify.html. The example code runs under our Turaya environment ( http://www.emscb.de/content/pages/About-Turaya-de.htm ) with a Slitaz Linux using the L4 Kernel. Greets Gianfranco Björn Döbel schrieb:
