the file linux22/kernel/setup.c includes the "../arch/l4-i386/include/fake_interrupt.h" but I think it should include <l4linux/fake_interrupt.h>. Right?

You mean linux22/kernel/signal.c. Almost yes. We did not change this yet because l4linux was first introduced with the new arch/l4/* tree but as I see, both files define the same prototypes so we will change that.
