In src/l4/conf have a look at Makeconf.boot.example. Copy this file to src/l4/Makeconf.boot and edit it according to your setup.

In the line specifying MODULE_SEARCH_PATH replace the occurence of /path/to/fiasco-build with the absolute path to your Fiasco build directory.
