Hi!
Nachdem alles lief habe ich nochmal ein Update der DROPS-Sourcen gemacht und bekomme jetzt folgenden Fehler beim Starten von L4Linux:
l4lx | l4x_hybrid_return: Invalid hybrid return for 13.00 (0x00823630, d, 18 l4lx : e, 1, 804ba5e, eacff102)! l4lx | l4x_hybrid_return: Currently running: 00.00
Siehe auch angehängtes Logfile. Was ist denn diesmal falsch?
Viele Grüße Oskar.
PS: Sorry, irgendwie ging die Mail bei mir nicht richtig raus; falls doch: sorry für das Doppel-Posting!

Hi!
Sorry, forgot to write in English. With a CVS checkout from tonight, L4Linux does not run anymore (see logfile).
After a short look on the code, I found that there were many changes in l4linux-2.6/arch/l4/kernel/arch-i386/dispatch.c, where this error occurs.
Does anyone have an idea about that?
Regards Oskar.

Please update your l4linux, I changed this message yesterday. (And hopefully fixed the issue.)
Adam
Dear Adam,
Please update your l4linux, I changed this message yesterday. (And hopefully fixed the issue.)
thank you for the hint!
A CVS checkout from today (DROPS and L4Linux) brought us a working environment, again. We now only have a small problem with the Linux-part of L4Linux where the IPTables interface seems to have changed a bit since 2.6.15 - but this apparently has nothing to do with L4 / DROPS.
Thank you for your quick help.
Have a nice weekend!
Best regards Oskar.

As I proposed per PM before: Please, use the snapshot provided to you separately. Although remote CVS is guarenteed to compile, some functionality may be broken for a couple of days while someone is merging his stuff in.
Thanks
Do you publish snapshot tags that are known to be stable?
Thanks,
Colin

I'm going to move to the provided snapshot around 15.05. by switching from dietlibc to uclibc. Nevertheless, we need C++ and DoPE then :-)
Have a nice weekend!
Best regards Oskar.
