Hello Hackers, this might be slightly offtopic, but... I see the rmgr man-page mentions a document titled "Guidelines for implementing os servers on top of L4". Is this document available on the Web ? If so, where can I download it ? I have a hardcopy dated 11 August 1997, which contains lots of stuff copied from the reference manual and similar sources, 3 pages on booting, and otherwise very little. I'd be interested in a newer version should there be one. In the meantime I can recommend the L4 User Manual as a good guide on how to build things on top of L4.
