makefile in building fiasco for arm

Dear all:
           Now I trace the fiasco code for arm, then when I build the kernel,
I find this file ./kernel/fiasco/src/boot/arm/Makerules.BOOT.arm , Is
there any relationship with building the fiasco kernel?
