This is the one that is used:

Also, when invoking:

  $ mkisofs -R -b boot/grub/stage2_eltorito -no-emul-boot
-boot-load-size 4 -boot-info-table -hide-rr-moved -J -joliet-long -o
"cd-image.iso" .

I get the following output:
