Problem with starting ORe

This is early during ORe bootup, so an L4Linux issue can probably be
outruled. Can you try a setup without L4Linux such as the one described
under http://wiki.tudos.org/ORe ? -- Probably even starting ORe without
any client will raise this error.

If you end up in the kernel debugger after the page fault, please enter
"bt t c.2" and get a backtrace for the faulting thread, so we know where
exactly this happens. Does the error occur every time?
