I tried the following steps:
$ svn co -N http://svn.tudos.org/repos/tudos/trunk tudos
$ ./repomgr co l4env                (it fails)
$ cd l4/pkg
$ svn up dde_linux

$ svn up linux-26-headers       (it fails)
$ svn up dde_linux26

$ svn up dde                            (it fails)
