About Userland:

I am supporting a L4 drop-in replacement for Linux where a primary
goal is to allow manufacturers to make drivers in the same way they
make them for Micro$oft.  Another goal is to streamline the creation
of L4 development workstations that, for instance, can reside on a
cell phone.

I am doing this in this way because it makes sense to, and benefits, Userland.
