GCC 4.5.1 and L4Re

Ok good, nevertheless I would be interested, as a build with a vanilla
4.5.1 works for me, both 32 and 64 bit. Who has built the gcc (aka which
distro are you using)? Alternatively I would be interested in a ISO
(make grub1iso or make grub2iso) or image (make image).
