Launching NOVA on QEMU

Hello Oleg,

VMX in qemu-kvm only works with a small NOVA patch due to a KVM bug. See https://github.com/TUD-OS/NOVA/issues/1

As Alexander pointed out, -cpu phenom should work out of the box, though.
