Microkernel Devroom Accepted Talks and Preliminary Schedule

Hello fellow hackers,

the microkernel devroom at FOSDEM is packed full with talks! Here is a
list of accepted talks and the very preliminary(!) schedule for Feb 2nd.
I have changed the requested length of time slots slightly where it made
sense.
