Assuming you are using a recent (last 3 years...) Fiasco version:

* 'lp' gives you a list of all present threads including their states,
       debug names and debug IDs.

* 'Q' gives you a list of all objects known to the kernel including
  threads, tasks, IPC gates, IRQ objects etc.
