Problem with running hello world application in l4re

I am running ubunthu in 32-bit Oracle VM,  but using 64-bit host windows 8.

When I use

*1. l4re-build$ make grub2iso E=hello
MODULE_SEARCH_PATH=/src/kernel/fiasco/mybuild *

I get....

make[1]: Entering directory `/home/ubunthu/src/l4'
Processing entry 'hello'

Could not find 'fiasco' with path
':/home/ubunthu/src/l4/path/to/builddir/bin/x86_586:/home/ubunthu/src/l4/path/to/builddir/bin/x86_586/l4f:/home/ubunthu/src/l4/path/to/builddir/lib/x86_586:/home/ubunthu/src/l4/path/to/builddir/lib/x86_586/l4f'

make: *** [grub2iso] Error 2

*2. l4re-build$ make qemu E=hello
MODULE_SEARCH_PATH=/src/kernel/fiasco/mybuild*

I get....
