Qt on L4

Hi Nancy,

Trolltech has not been the owner of Qt since more than 7 years. You 
should look into support from "The Qt Company", which can be reached 
under qt.io. The folks there may be the best place to start when you 
want to look at what to port the framework and what needs to be adapted.

It details the platform abstraction framework of Qt5.
