Using the EMSCB addon

This addon provides the following additional packages:

Build the packages
After you downloaded and unpacked the OpenTC tarball in a root directory you can:
- download and untar the EMSCB addon in the root of the extracted OpenTC source tree.
- if you already built the OpenTC tarball, call 'make -C build/l4/pkg cleanall'
- to build the OpenTC and EMSCB packages, call 'make -C build/l4/pkg all'
