About myself
I am currently working as a Ph.D. student in the
Operating Systems Group at
Technische Universität Dresden.
My current focus are secure operating-system architectures based on
microkernel and virtual-machine techniques.
My diploma thesis ---
"Software Structure and Portability of the Fiasco Microkernel"
--- focused on the applicability of object-oriented structuring
technologies to microkernels, which have high performance demands
(overhead through software-technological methods is unacceptable).
During this work I ported the
Fiasco microkernel to the ARM architecture.
