Fore PCA200e and shaping

Hi everyone!

I have been running ATM 0.31 and PCA200E 0.3 for almost a year without problems. 

BUT, it don't seems to support shaping! At least not with our ISP's Newsbridge ATM-switch. If policing (shaping) is turned on on the Newbridge at 2.5 Mbps, and at 2 Mbps at the PCA200E using the qos parameters, almost every ATM-cell is discarded. Why?

Are there any ATM-NICs working better than the Fore-card? Or is the problem anyting else?
