Release of Sculpt TC

Hi l4-hackers,

we are happy to announce the release of Sculpt TC [0], a Genode based
incarnation of a microkernel based operating system. It is the second
out of four Sculpt OS releases planned in 2018 [1].

Under

https://genode.org/download/sculpt

you find the downloadable image, which is a live system and installer
all in one. Once booted you can download further packages to play around
with, e.g several native Genode applications and VMs on several VMMs.
