I think there is a typo (missing space) in your Linux kernel command line:

> l4linux   | Kernel command line: mem=64M
> console=ttyLv0l4x_rd=rom/ramdisk-arm.rd root=1:0 ramdisk_size=4000

Do you get further if you properly separate the console and the l4x_rd
arguments?
