Paging and compressed memory will be implemented in the root server (for
paging there will be hooks to allow it to call a disk server). File system
filters will be implemented by a "firm link" or transclusion facility where
one (sufficiently privileged) server can include another server's files in
a directory it exports, much like the one that QNX has (servers will only
need directory access to transclude files).
