FOSDEM 2019 - Microkernels developer room - CfP

Hi,

Most of the people I meet in industry are of the opinion that OS
technology has been comoditized. I think an important question from a
theoretical perspective is how do we define progress in OS research?
Most of the recent papers I have read seem to focus on performance,
reliability, architecture,and security yet these are pragmatic,
engineering topics not theoretical computer science.
